The Bromley Deanery Catholic Youth Ministry team is comprised of clergy and lay parishioners who in 2013, commenced a three year training in Catholic Youth Ministry. At the time, parishioners from across nine parishes in the Bromley Deanery of Archdiocese of Southwark, took part, completing the course in 2016. From 2017, we adopted, adapted and launched CYMFed’s Faith in Action Award Scheme as our main project. In 2023, the programme expanded into two hubs to cater for the needs of young people across ten parishes. In 2024, Faith in Action was rolled out at part of the school curriculum at Bishop Challoner School in Years 7 and 8.
